Rajni L. Nair is an Associate Teaching Professor at Arizona State University (ASU) in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts. Her research focuses on understanding the impacts that culturally based parenting practices have on Latinx youth adjustment. Additionally, her work is focused on highlighting how stressors shape the psychosocial adjustment of Latinx youth. She is particularly interested in understanding malleable family and school level factors that can promote positive youth development and psychosocial functioning among minority youth.
