Internship Opportunity with the Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities
The Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities engages in a wide variety of projects and initiatives with the goal of increasing independence and community participation by people with disabilities and their families.
The Sonoran Center is looking for 1-2 students who can help with a couple of our borderland initiatives, projects that will focus on disability in Latinx populations. Student interns will get experience in research, community engagement, and contribute to projects that highlight disability issues along the Arizona/Mexico border. Preference will be given to students who are fluent in English and Spanish.
We can offer enough hours for up to 6 units of internship for Fall and Spring.
