HDFS Graduate Student Feedback

Thank you for being willing to provide your feedback about the program. The purpose of soliciting your feedback is to gather information about 1) students' experiences while in the UA HDFS program and 2) how prepared they have found themselves to be for the demands of their career since leaving the program. This information is to be used to inform the Graduate Committee and FSHD faculty at large about what the program is doing well and what areas may need improvement.

Your responses will be completely anonymous, unless you provide names or details that make your identity apparent to the current HDFS faculty member who will be reading and creating a summary of your responses. He or she will remove any identifying information from the summary before providing it to the Graduate Committee and the faculty at large, but the individual will have full access to your answers.
