My background spans a diverse range of areas, including retail, team management, inventory management, process enhancement, talent acquisition, customer engagement, and community outreach. Hello! My name is Arianna Buchanan and I am a proud alum of the College of Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences (CALES) and the Norton School of Human Ecology! I am originally from San Luis, AZ, and a proud transfer student. In May 2020 I graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Family Studies & Human Development, which has been renamed to Human Development & Family Science (HDFS). I have an M.Ed in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. My role is to support first-year Retailing & Consumer Science students in their transition to the university. I also support students who are considering majoring in the Retailing & Consumer Science. I am happy to chat with you about the program, and what it has to offer, and help you make the best and most informed decision. Overall, I am here to support you in achieving your personal, academic, and career goals!
In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, doing trampoline rebound workouts, and diamond art.

My name is Tiffany Ortega. I am a Tucson, Arizona native. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in education, and a doctorate degree in educational leadership. I am very passionate about education and about helping students meet their goals. I love working with Norton School/Arizona Online students! In my free time, I enjoy walking my dog, spending time with family and friends, and listening to music. I am happy to get to know students and help them with their advising needs!
