Kim has an extensive background in law, court operations, private banking, and fiduciary management. In addition to her current teaching duties, she is Of Counsel at a large East Coast law firm. Her practice is devoted to helping individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning and Medicaid. 

She is a proud alumna of Penn State University (Bachelor of Arts) and Penn State's Dickinson School of Law (Juris Doctor.) She is a member of the NJ Bar as well as the Southern AZ Estate Planning Council. In addition, she serves as the faculty liaison to the Financial Planning Association of AZ as well as the Financial Planning Club at U of A.

Teaching

She teaches Estate Planning, Legal & Ethical Issues in Financial Services, Professional Conduct & Fiduciary Responsibility and coordinates the SIE Prep Course.
