Bianca Levario

Bianca began her career in education and community service in 2013 after earning a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Literature and Education from the University of Arizona. She spent six years working in public education, where she supported and advocated for underserved students and families through case management, mentorship, and college- and career-readiness initiatives. In 2020, she transitioned to higher education and began managing social science research and community-based programs focused on expanding opportunities for children, youth, and families.

Bianca currently serves as a Program Manager at the Frances McClelland Institute for Children, Youth, and Families. In addition to coordinating institute programs, events, and communications, she supports several faculty-led research initiatives. She works with the CRED team on the ACF-funded Improving Access to Infant and Toddler Child Care in Arizona project, assisting with participant recruitment and conducting interviews in English and Spanish. She also supports Dr. Russ Toomey, Dr. Norma Perez-Brena, and the Healthy Familias research team with project coordination and research administration across multiple study sites.

Bianca also works with the Science of Kindness Community Collective, led by Dr. Jeannette Maré, which explores how kindness can strengthen communication, relationships, and well-being within organizations and communities.
