Turbeville Speaker Series

When higher education and nonprofit leaders undertake efforts to address social challenges, leadership complexities can be unexpected and considerable. Moreover, the characteristics of each ‘ecosystem’ often magnify this complexity by distracting from program integrity, sustainability, and advancement. This talk will highlight some of the leadership challenges, strategies that can be effective in both higher education and nonprofit setting, and examples of effective solutions and their impact on building social solutions to grand challenges.
